Dungy to Appear on Late Show with David Letterman
INDIANAPOLIS – Tony Dungy is now a best-selling author.
Next week, that best-selling author will make one more national-television appearance before the NFL team he coaches heads to training camp.

Dungy, entering his sixth season as the Colts’ head coach, will appear on the Late Show with David Letterman on CBS-TV Tuesday, July 24. It will be Dungy’s first appearance on the Late Show.

Dungy appeared on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno on NBC on July 11.

of a 10-day book tour to promote his recently-released memoir, Quiet Strength. The tour ended in Tampa this past Tuesday.

Quiet Strength is expected to be No. 2 on the New York Times Best Sellers Non-Fiction list when the list is released July 29. It will be No. 4 on the Publishers Weekly Non-Fiction list when it is released Monday, July 23.

It was the nation’s 35th best-selling book overall in the USA’s Top 150 list, a list based on sales through Sunday, July 15.

The Colts begin training camp at the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology on July 29.
